About me

Movement is more than just training to me

Movement has been with me my whole life - from ski slopes through ball sports to bodybuilding competitions, where I pushed my own limits.

Over time, though, I realised that the path to a strong, healthy body doesn't run through weights and training volume alone. I started studying rehabilitation and physiotherapy and learned musculoskeletal diagnostics - which today stands at the start of every collaboration.

I combine years of practice with current sports-science findings. Every body has different limits and different potential, so I build training around you, your options and your goals. Professionally, but always with a human touch - behind every performance there's a person, not numbers on paper.

I coach in both English and Czech, so we can train in whichever language suits you.

Process

How it works

Everyone needs their own path. Before we start lifting weights, I need to know where we're starting from and where you're headed.

  1. Initial consultation

We go through your movement history, health limitations and goals. I'm also interested in what hasn't worked for you so far, and why.

  2. Initial diagnostics

Musculoskeletal diagnostics show where your mobility is limited, what you're overloading and what we can build on.

  3. Training plan

Based on the findings, I put together a plan tailored to your options, time and goals. No one-size-fits-all template.

  4. Regular evaluation

We keep track of what's working and adjust the plan accordingly. We repeat the diagnostics after a while so your progress is there in black and white.
